Andreas Buhr and Wolfgang Müller understood each other on the go, at that time in 1997, when they met for the first time. Wolfang Müller, graduate degree in education, ex officer of the German army, the professional trainer, and Andreas Buhr, graduate in business administration, a 28-year-old top salesman of the Hamburg Manheimer Insurance Company who leads a team of 1000 employees and has an insurance responsibility of more than 3 billion Euro.
Already during the first run the two endurance athlets fixed goals and set the course. The idea of an own training firm with the focus on leadership and sales is borne. Finally on January, 1st 2001 everything is ready: the go! Akademie für Führung und Vertrieb starts in Düsseldorf. The task distribution is easily found: Andreas Buhr goes outside on the big stage, to the media, Wolfgang Müller leads the company inside, directs projects. As a team they make sure that their customers have success. It goes without saying that it is up for both bosses to permanently develop the contents and to transfer the innovative knowledge. During the following years they expand continuesly. The go! Akademie groes. Today's balance: two CIOs, a fix internal team, 15 trainer, 40 customers and one goal: to achieve more success for persons and companies.
What does the company "go! Akademie für Führung und Vertrieb"stand for? Andreas Buhr and Wolfgang Müller answer this question with a clear "go! stands for the people, for the person, for the individuum, with all his/her strengths and weaknesses". The consequence of this philosophy is as simple as genial: Who helps people to be more successful gains success also for its company. The seminars, trainings and coachings base on each single individuum, a top-down and bottom-up philosophy. By doing this the go!
